The Eastern Sun Karate Club classes are offered through Caroline County, Maryland, Recreation and Parks in Denton Maryland.

Under the direction of 5th Degree Black Belt John Liszewski, Shotokan Karate
offers youth and adults an opportunity to improve self-control, general fitness and conditioning, self-confidence and the understanding of the mechanics of self-defense. Begining classes introduce the students to the basics of this discipline. The advanced class is open to students with a minimum of 10 weeks of prior instruction.

Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays from 7 to 9 at the Denton Armory on the corner of 4th and Randolph Streets. (Please Note: We will be at North Caroline High School while the Armory is being remodelled. From RT404, turn at the light for River Road. The school is one mile on the left. We are at the far right side of the school in the dance studio. The Armory is due to be completed by this summer.
